A tranquil area in Upper east Philadelphia was shaken by a deadly fire.

Police say somebody shot and killed a 23-year-elderly person in a back path.

It occurred on Creston Road close to Oakland Road not long before 2am on Monday.

Agents don’t have the foggiest idea who shot the man and why.

They say the casualty was wearing blue careful gloves.
