The company has stated it has the intention of creating a “Netflix for comics,” and apparently that goal begins with offering an expansive catalog of content for Switch owners, who will be receiving some free comics out of the deal. The idea of a Nintendo Switch comics service is a tantalizing one for many users, who already use the device primarily because it allows them to take their gaming wherever they like....

After Smartflash successfully convinced a court that Apple devices infringed three of its patents relating to downloading and storing content, winning a $532.9M award for its trouble, the company is coming back for more–despite the fact that Apple is appealing the original award. Smartflash filed its original case before the iPhone 6/Plus and iPad Air 2 were launched, so the company now wants extra cash for these, reports Reuters. “Smartflash filed the complaint to address products that came out too far into the last proceedings to have been included,” Smartflash’s attorney, Brad Caldwell, told Reuters on Thursday....

Nuance Communications, the company behind Swype keyboard has announced that the keyboard will no longer be under development. The Swype Keyboard was known for its swipe typing and the voice dictation features. The Android version was released on the Play Store in 2013 and despite some privacy concerns the keyboard has fared well. A Redditor emailed the developers about a bug in the keyboard but instead received the following response, “Nuance will no longer be updating the Swype+Dragon keyboard for Android....
